By creating an account or using Waplo AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Waplo AI provides an AI-powered assistant that connects to your WhatsApp Business number to reply to customers, capture leads and help you sell. You are responsible for the content, products and offers your agent represents.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and WhatsApp's own policies.

You must not use the service to send spam, unlawful, misleading or abusive content, or to message people who have not opted in to hear from your business.

We aim to keep the service available 24×7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp and may be subject to their limits and policies.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, put the platform at risk, or violate these terms.

Paid usage is billed as shown in your account. Charges are for messages successfully processed; failed messages are not billed. Any taxes are additional where applicable.

You are responsible for keeping your account funded to keep your agent active.

The Waplo AI platform, software and brand are owned by Waplo AI and its licensors. Your business content, products and customer data remain yours.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of automated conversations. You are responsible for reviewing and approving how your agent represents your business.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
